Set in an 18 Kt. white gold ring mounting with Diamonds on the sides is one marquise cut Natural Sapphire, approx. 0.81 ct. (9.17 x 4.33 x 2.40mm.), medium brownish-pink color, lightly included, good cut. Color and inclusions are typical of Sapphires from Ceylon (Sri Lanka). The stone has been heated. #Size: 6 1/2
