A Chinese Fahua-style turquoise-glazed ceramic pillow of oval form, the domed top raised above reticulated sides carved with scrolling floral and foliate motifs. The exterior is covered in a vibrant turquoise glaze, with the unglazed foot revealing the buff-colored body. The pillow is pierced throughout the sides, a feature traditionally intended to improve air circulation.
