Blue and white 'dragon' jar, Ming dynasty, Wanli period. The ovoid body is painted with two five-clawed dragons striding amidst a stylized flame and scroll and separated by two pearls, above a band of overlapping petals around the foot, the shoulder with a band of the floral pattern below the silver-wrapped neck.
